about my experience and qualifications

I am a New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Art Therapist certified by the American Art Therapy Credentials Board. I am a member of the American Art Therapy Association. I received a master's degree in art therapy from New York University, and served on the faculty of the NYU graduate art therapy program. With over a decade providing art therapy to children and adults in psychiatric hospitals, clinics and schools in New York City, I have extensive experience treating persons with trauma related symptoms, depression, childhood adjustment problems, and body-image disturbances.
